We are looking for a skilled
Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in
IT recruitment to support end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to source high-quality technical talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding support.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skill needs, and hiring priorities.
- Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other strategic sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical fit and role alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, talent pipelines, and recruitment trackers.
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process.
- Track recruitment progress and assist in reporting hiring metrics, timelines, and pipeline status.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Exposure to hiring for technical roles; FinTech recruitment experience is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR software is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple hiring priorities.
