We are looking a highly experienced
Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in IT recruitment, preferably within the
FinTech domain. This role will be responsible for managing
end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring timely onboarding of top technical talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, workforce needs, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other strategic sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial and advanced interviews, and coordinate technical assessments for shortlisted candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience across all recruitment stages.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Prior experience recruiting for FinTech, blockchain, trading, or software product companies is a strong advantage.
- In-depth understanding of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and structured interview processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HR recruitment software is an added advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with multiple hiring priorities.
