Role Summary
Join as a field Sales Manager to accelerate sales growth for our MT5 CRM, Forex Trading Platform and Prop Trading Platform. Hit the ground running: closing deals on instantly, outbound / partner building relationships at scale pipelines, and then recruit / manage storefront SDRs → AEs/AMs. Own the complete cycle:
Prospecting→ Discovery→ Demo→ Proposal→ Negotiation→ Close→ Handover→ Expansion.
Products:
- MT5 CRM: Broker CRM, Onboarding, IB/affiliate tracking, ticketing system, reporting and client portal.
- Forex Trading Facility: Features range from the client portal (and dashboards) to payments & integrations, and analytics.
- Prop Trading Platform: Management Console, Rules Engine, Trader Portal, KYC, Payouts, Risk Controls.
- Including, White label deployment, Integrations, AMC/support retainer.
Key Responsibilities
New Business (Direct Sales)
- Warm prospecting / pipeline building into Forex brokers, prop firms, trading houses, fintechs, aggregators.
- Conduct consultative discovery (e.g. requirements, compliance, budget and stakeholders).
- Run high-ROI demos that help you convert, retain & be efficient.
- Autonomous financials — proposals/SOWs, own pricing, terms; close on their own.
Pipeline & Operations
- CRM, CRM, CRM — Weekly health checks, forecasts, deal healths.
- Clarify ICP, Fit against Qualification, The most heartbreaking stuff.
(SQL → Demo → Proposal → Commit → Closed).
- Activities logged, coverage — 3-4x quota, stages of close probability.
Partnerships
- Ecosystem growth: IB networks, MT5 vendors, PSP, compliance tools, and resellers.
- Generate enablement collateral and channel contracts.
Team Building (Player-Coach)
- Backfill/hire SDRs before AEs/AMs.
- Set KPIs, Daily Coaching & Weekly Cadences
- Create playbooks and onboarding.
Handover & Expansion
- Hand over delivery simply with solid scopes/timelines.
- Quickly pull in upsells: add-ons, integrations, rollouts, renewals.
- Build C level relationships to lower churn.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- New revenue (setup+ retainers).
- Pipeline coverage (3-4x quota).
- SQLs, conversion rates for demo/proposal, win rate, cycle time.
- Forecast accuracy, CRM hygiene.
- Expansion revenue.
- Team performance (after hire): SDR meetings, AE bookings, conversions.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 5-10+ year experience in B2B sales / BD in Forex / Trading / Fintech / Prop / Broker-tech.
- Widely used MT5 ecosystem and broker/prop workflow experience.
- Sell mid/high-value deals (platforms/white-label/integrations).
- Inbound + partner pipeline experience (not just outbound).
- Technical literacy: APIs, architecture, security.
- Negotiation, stakeholder, and proposal skills at the expert level.
Nice-to-Have
- Sold CRM/prop platforms, KYC/AML, payments & PAMM/MAM.
- Experience in international markets (GCC, Africa, SEA, LATAM, Eastern Europe).
- Experience: Built/managed SDR/AE team and playbooks.
- Remuneration: Fixed + Uncapped variable.
30/60/90-Day Plan
Days 1-30
- Master demos/objections.
- ICP/messaging definition; outbound launch; CRM rhythm setting.
Days 31-60
- Regular demos/proposals; high partner pipeline.
- Late-stage deals; establish templates (proposals, pricing, checklists).
Days 61-90
- Near first wins; repeatable pipeline.
