What You’ll Do

• Architect and evolve the end-to-end exchange platform
• Design scalable systems for: Spot, futures & options trading
• Order management and matching engines
• Market data pipelines & risk systems
• Work closely with trading, backend, frontend, and infra teams
• Identify and solve performance bottlenecks and system limitations
• Support low-latency and HFT-style integrations (C++ systems)
• Define architectural standards, documentation, and best practices
• This includes designing and transforming the entire exchange platform.
• Spot and tackle performance bottlenecks and system boundaries
• C++ system integrations with HFT and low-latency style support

What You Bring

• Design of distributed, high throughput systems
• Strong backend experience in Node. js & NestJS
• Architectural exposure for Frontend with React & Next js
• Experience with data layer using PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• In-depth understanding of crypto exchanges & trading systems
• Hands-on knowledge of: Spot, futures, and options trading
• Market data, order books, and risk management
• Familiarity with C++-based HFT systems and low-latency constraints
• Strong Fintech /Web3-native mindset

Bonus Points

• Formerly built or scaled a crypto exchange
• Knowledge of market microstructure
• Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes
• Cloud-native and DevOps exposure
