C++ Developer (Backend)

We are looking for a skilled C++ Developer (Backend) who will own and develop a low-latency trading system for the crypto market. The goal is to work on real-time order routing systems, execution systems, market data integration, configuration based on a DB, and WebSockets / HTTP APIs that are tailored to clients.

This position is best suited to engineers who are passionate about performance-critical systems, the foundation of trade and production, rather than reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and enhance the basic trading functions, such as order processing, execution, and market data processing
• Real-time systems for processing both orders and market data
• APIs (REST/WebSocket or FIX) for integration with crypto exchanges
• Creating backend WebSocket/HTTP APIs for orders, trades, and market data
• Use datastores for managing configurations and keep them synchronized with the systems
• Debugging and troubleshooting production systems
• Enhance performance, availability, and observability of the system

Required Skills

• Proficient with modern C++ (C++17+)
• Some Fundamentals Regarding Multithreading and Optimizing Performance
• Experience with backend systems or real-time applications
• Understanding of databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Used to working on a Linux machine

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with trading systems or financial concepts (orders, trades, etc)
• Knowledge about WebSockets or the FIX protocol
• Exposure to crypto exchange APIs
• Knowledge of data accuracy or the point level of math
