Android Developer

Job Location: Noida, India

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine features in the Android app and client SDKs.

• Work and coordinate with the operations team for troubleshooting bugs and resolving issues.

• Review sample code with developers and help define the technical strategy.

• Share feedback and brainstorm ideas with teams to develop and introduce new features.

• Collaborate with back-end developers and project managers to design and build APIs and prototypes.

• Stay up to date with the latest technologies to keep Android applications aligned with modern standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of technical experience with Android development.

• At least 1 year of experience in reactive programming and MVVM architecture.

• Over 3 years of experience in mobile app development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, frameworks, and development patterns.

• Advanced proficiency in Kotlin and Java.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for connecting Android applications to back-end services.

• Experience developing Android/iOS applications and deploying them to Google Play/App Store.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Kotlin Coroutines.

• Experience with other mobile development technologies.

• Proficiency in RxJava and Retrofit/OkHttp.

• Knowledge of Jetpack Compose.

• Experience working with Socket.IO.
