We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can blend creativity with usability to craft seamless digital journeys for our global fintech products. If you’re passionate about design, thrive on turning complex ideas into simple solutions, and want to work on crypto trading products that impact users worldwide, this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

Leverage a human-centred design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience.
Research customers, competitors, and products.
Conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
Develop personas, scenarios, user stories, user journeys.
Work with stakeholders to identify requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
Develop and implement A/B and usability testing.
Design for accessibility standards.
Create and maintain usability documentation.
Make sure that products are tested with customers and validated against business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Advance in Figma interface including the layers panel, properties panel, and the tools panel.
Familiarity with tools and plugins that can convert Figma designs into usable code or assist developers in extracting design specifications.
Familiarity with Figma’s collaboration features, including real-time co-editing, commenting, and sharing design files with stakeholders.
Expertise in creating, managing, and organizing components to ensure design consistency across projects.
Proficiency in designing for multiple devices and platforms, including mobile, tablet, desktop.
Deep understanding of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and ability to design for all users, including those with disabilities.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design vision is achieved.
Staying updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge design solutions.
Strong graphic design skills, understanding of colour theory, typography, and branding.
Experience in creating, maintaining, and using design systems and component libraries.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced scrum teams.
Ability to create effective sitemaps, user flows, and hierarchies to ensure intuitive navigation.
Ability to tell compelling stories about users, crafting personas and user journeys that resonate with stakeholders.
Openness to receiving feedback and iterating on designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
Understanding and experience designing for global audiences, considering cultural nuances and preferences.
Participation in UX workshops, conferences, and communities for continuous learning and networking.
