Social Trading

Social trading is a trading technique that empowers new traders by allowing them to observe and replicate the trading strategies of experienced traders and then trade accordingly. However, a commission rate is involved, which can vary from 0% to 50%. Most brokerage firms use incremental processes to deduct a commission.

This technique saves traders from conducting market research and analyzing market trends and is best suited for beginner traders with little to no trading experience. People often confuse social trading and copy trading as the same, but they are not. Social trading is a much broader phenomenon, whereas copy trading is a type of social trading.
