The California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) is a legal framework applicable to the residents and business owners in the state of California (USA). It protects the privacy of consumers by providing them more control over the personal information they share with businesses. There are the following rights that citizens of California have under the CCPA 2018:

- Right to delete
- Right to Opt-out
- Right to non-discrimination
In the year 2023, the CCPA 2018 was amended by California voters, and the following rights were added to the above mentioned rights:
