We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sr. Frontend Engineer with a strong understanding of Blockchain, Web3, and Fintech platforms. The role involves developing responsive UIs, implementing smooth animations, reviewing existing projects, and ensuring high performance. Candidates should bring strong frontend development skills and the ability to deliver user-friendly, scalable, and efficient solutions aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Make frontend architecture decisions and define engineering best practices.
- Create Frontend Solutions that are reusable and maintainable as well as High-performing.
- Facilitating technical talks, estimation, sprint planning, and code review.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Optimize performance, security, scalability, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Resolve complex production problems, and you will create lasting improvements.
Mandatory Skills
- Frontend development experience, min 5 years
- React – 4+ Years of hands-on experience. JS or Next. js.
- Experience in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of SSR, SSG, ISR, SEO optimization, and next. JS architecture.
- Working with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar state management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with REST API, WebSockets, and real-time applications
- Well-versed in frontend optimization, browser performance rendering, and Core Web Vitals.
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure best practices while making technical decisions
- Have analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience with Vercel deployment, CI/CD pipeline, and Git workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Work background in Fintech, Trading Platforms, Crypto, or Blockchain apps.
- Familiarity with Micro frontend architecture and Module Federation.
- Handle Google Analytics, GTM, Mixpanel, CleverTap, or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or React Testing Library.
- AWS, Cloudflare, CDN performance optimization, and high-traffic experience applications
