We are looking for high-energy client-facing sales professionals for business growth positions in areas such as client acquisition, consultative selling, lead generation, in Web3 and AI across deal sourcing, relationship management, and closure. This role is for professionals who can connect founders, startups, and enterprise buyers and represent a premium technology brand with confidence and commercial acumen to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to Founders, Startup teams, Product Owners, CXOs, and decision-makers across target industries.
  • Clearly articulate, sell, and successfully represent Delta6Labs solutions and service offerings in a confident and assertive manner.
  • Focus on developing, maintaining, and managing key account relationships through the sales process.
  • Find New Business Opportunities, Joint ventures, channel partnerships, and market-entry possibilities.
  • Strong sales hunting experience with a hands-on approach to creating a pipeline and demand generation.
  • Working with internal delivery, product (marketing & leadership teams) for Concepts, propositions, demos, and seamless solution integration.
  • Keep in touch provides strategies to inform prospects and warm leads; take steps to even move these conversations towards commercial closure.
  • Strong sales discipline with frequent CRM updates, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and timely reporting.
  • You will be expected to represent the company appropriately in their meetings, discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations.

Role Expectations

The perfect candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment, conversing with international customers, and marketing niche technology services in new sectors. Commercial acumen (using the business as a compelling sales tool), slick communication, authority in client discussions, and the ability to turn opportunity into revenue.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skillful in persuasion, negotiation, and consultative selling.
  • Experience within sales, customer acquisition, business development, or account growth.
  • Client-facing personality – confident, polished, and presentable.
  • well-developed networking and relationship development skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive thinking.
  • Design an offering based on client pain points.
  • Basic knowledge of Web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or AI concepts is preferred.

Preferred Profile

  • Skillset and experience selling technology services, software solutions, IT services, blockchain, Bots, fintech platforms, and AI-based offerings.
  • The opportunity to engage in international sales discussions and negotiations, especially with clients in the US, UAE, or APAC markets.
  • Ability to work independently and be a good team player across cross-functional teams
  • Well-managed proposal, negotiation, and closure timelines.
  • Comfortable in high-growth, performance-oriented types of companies with an entrepreneurial mindset environment.
