This role is ideal for professionals who can work directly with founders, startups, enterprise buyers, and assure decision-makers with confidence and commercial heft, while personifying a premium technology brand in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach founders, startup teams, product owners, CXOs & decision-makers from target industries.
  • Clarify, communicate, and convey confidence in Delta6Labs solutions and service offerings while understanding the business needs of clients.
  • Generate quality leads through networking, outbound prospecting, word-of-mouth partnerships, events, and digital channels.
  • Develop, grow, and run long-term client relationships throughout the entire sales process.
  • Know how to Identify New Business Opportunities, Strategic Alliances, Chan­nel Part­nerships, and market-entry possibilities.
  • Engaging in pipeline generation and demonstrating strong hunter sales capabilities in demand generation.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects & warm leads to take the conversation forward towards commercial closure.
  • Sales discipline updated via CRM, followed up with pipeline tracking and forecasting, and timely reporting.
  • Act as a company ambassador and bring your professionalism to client meetings, discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations.

Role Expectations

The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment, speaking with global clients, and selling specialized technology services in emerging sectors. The role requires a strong commercial instinct, polished communication, credibility in client conversations, and the ability to convert opportunity into revenue.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade, negotiate with, and consult.
  • Background in sales, client acquisition, or business development, and account growth.
  • Professional, sophisticated, and polished with a strong client-facing communication style.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-directed, goal-focused, and extremely proactive mindset.
  • An understanding of client pain points and ensuring their services are aligned accordingly.
  • Have some familiarity with Web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or AI concepts preferred.

Preferred Profile

  • Experienced with selling technology services, software solutions (Custom Solutions and Startup Incubation), IT services, Blockchain paid products, financial technology platforms or- AI-backed solutions
  • Deal with international sales discussions, such as customers in the US, UAE, or APAC markets.
  • Can work mostly independently, together with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent follow-through on the closing timeline for proposals and negotiations!
  • Comfortable with high-growth and performance-driven atmospheres, entrepreneurial mind-set environments.
